Oh My Gosh

Today is my brothers birthday so I decided I would go see him. I havent seen him since my Granddaughter got married in October. I was setting at a red light in Roosevelt when a woman in a chevy truck rear ended me. Thank goodness no one was hurt, but my bumper is going to have to be replaced. The woman said her foot slipped off the brake, but I dont think so. She hit me to hard. Thank goodness she had insurance.Of coarse I called the police, but they said it was a non reportable accident. Since when is any accident non reportable? I called her insurance and made a claim and they said it was non reportable because it was less than a thousand dollars. She didnt even get a ticket. Back in my day, if you didnt call and report an accident or rearended someone you were in trouble. The person that rearends someone else always got a ticket. My, how things have changed.Thank goodness it wasnt any worse than it was and I got up to see my brother on his birthday.

Fun Weekend

We really had a fun weekend. I went to Salt Lake with my daughter and granddaughter and a couple of her friends. It was Drill team competetion at uvsc in Orem. I know since Brandi is out of high school your probably wondering why in the world would they go and set there from eight in the morning until eight that night. Well we went to drill and dance competetions with brandi for a lot of years and its just something we love to do. And we do leave and do a little shopping because we know what time everyone is going to march so we dont miss anyone we want to see. Uintah took first in everything including the top three spots for drilldown, and of course the state championship.Robin, their coach is amazing. They were the defending state champions and they defended it very well.Robin was the coach the year Brandis team took state, so as long as she is coaching I think we will keep going. We had plenty of time to shop and have fun. These girls of mine really can have fun doing most anything.
